Following a highly successful career with NAB, he made the move into his own business operations. Brett has completed a number of commercial developments including building and operating a 150-place 121 child care centre.

For the 4 years prior to establishing BML, he held the role of CEO of Whitsunday Airport and guided the operation through the complex cyclical nature of the local business environment. Brett has been on the ground, and the tarmac, running a business. With notable tertiary qualifications and financial industry experience, Steve has an impressive track-record for helping businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals. His career commenced in the banking industry in 1983 and since then he has acquired significant experience working through numerous complex projects and structures and maximising desired outcomes.

In conjunction with growing Better Money Lenders over the past several years, Steve has directed large commercial lending submissions and negotiations with banks, completed for clients of a global advisory firm, in a part time role as consultant – Real Estate Advisory division.
